The Indigenous Infrastructure Investment Fund (IIIF) invests in real assets that deliver a positive social and economic impact for Indigenous communities and attractive, stable returns to investors.

The IIIF is a private wholesale trust open to all wholesale investors with the aim that half of all investors will be Indigenous within 2-5 years.

It provides investors with the opportunity for stable, long term returns through the investment in an unlisted portfolio of high-quality infrastructure & social infrastructure assets in Australia.

INVESTMENT STRATEGY

The fund will target investments that:

  • Close an Essential Service gap for Indigenous communities (e.g. reliable energy, safe drinking water, suitable health & education) that are aligned to UNSD Goals

  • Greatly increase Indigenous direct economic engagement via employment, procurement and leasing with Indigenous landholders

  • Improve the economies of Indigenous communities

  • Deliver attractive returns for their asset class and meet or exceed return targets of the fund
